In 2011-2012, we supported ČEZ Group, one of the largest integrated energy companies in Central and Southeastern Europe, in preparing an IT outsourcing strategy for their data center operations. With a project scope of €15M, our team led the project setup, financial management, project management, and IT architecture design.

Additionally, we conducted a comprehensive security audit and hardening of their IT infrastructure, strengthening data protection, risk management, and compliance across multiple locations. Our expertise helped ČEZ enhance operational security, optimize IT costs, and ensure business continuity in a highly regulated industry.
