
In 2011-2012, we partnered with PPF Group, a leading international investment company, to enhance their IT operations and support infrastructure. With a project scope of €1.5M, our team led the implementation of key IT operation processes and support tools, including IT monitoring systems, a global service desk, and an enterprise-wide intranet.
Our role encompassed project management, IT architecture design, process optimization, financial management, and coaching & mentoring of internal teams. By leveraging our expertise, we ensured a seamless integration of new tools and processes, improving IT service efficiency, system reliability, and cross-organization collaboration. This transformation laid the foundation for a more resilient and scalable IT environment, supporting PPF Group’s continued global expansion.

In 2016, we successfully led the migration of ČMSS (Českomoravská stavební spořitelna) from SharePoint 2010 to Office 365, ensuring a modern, secure, and scalable collaboration environment. With a project budget of €0.3M, our team was responsible for solution architecture, project management, and business development, focusing on maximizing the value of Office 365 adoption.
Beyond technical migration, we introduced and integrated key Office 365 services such as Delve for content discovery and Information Rights Management (IRM) for data security, enhancing the organization’s document management, collaboration, and compliance capabilities. Additionally, we conducted user education programs to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption rates, empowering employees to leverage the full potential of the new platform.
This successful migration enabled ČMSS to modernize its digital workplace, improve productivity and security, and align with future-ready cloud strategies.
