Between 2013 and 2015, our team played a key role in one of the largest IT & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects worldwide, supporting a leading multinational company in the cement and ready-mix industry. With a project scope of €300M, we were responsible for Transition & Transformation Management for Cemex in the Czech Republic and France, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of critical IT and business operations.
